Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Figzio mobile app and the figzio.app website (together, “Figzio”), operated by Hov-9 Kft. (Kéktó köz 9/B, 2310 Szigetszentmiklós, Hungary; company reg. no. 13-09-181701). By using Figzio, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Figzio.

1. The service

With Figzio, you can identify minifigures from photos, browse a catalogue of minifigures and sets, and manage your collection and its value. The basic features are free. Some features, such as syncing across devices, value history and higher limits, require a Premium subscription.

2. Accounts

You can use Figzio without an account. If you create one, keep your login details safe and make sure the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

3. Premium subscription

• Premium is sold as an auto-renewing annual subscription through the App Store or Google Play. The current price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged by Apple or Google. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Figzio account doesn’t cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Your content

Your collection data and your photos remain yours. By using HoloScan, you agree that the photos you scan are uploaded to our servers, stored for 30 days, and used during that time to provide recognition and to improve our service. After 30 days they are deleted. We never share your photos with third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Only upload photos you have the right to use, and don’t upload content that is illegal or shows other people without their consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• get around usage limits or subscription checks, or misuse the scan service;
• scrape, copy or resell the catalogue, prices or other data from Figzio;
• reverse engineer, disrupt or overload our systems, except where the law allows it;
• use Figzio for anything unlawful.

6. Recognition, catalogue and prices

Recognition is automatic and can be wrong, so always check the result. Catalogue information and market prices come partly from third-party sources and are for information only. We don’t guarantee that they are accurate, complete or up to date, and they are not financial advice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Figzio running reliably, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If a change significantly affects a paid feature, we will let you know in advance.

8. Liability

Figzio is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on recognition results or price information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Ending use

You can stop using Figzio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

10. Trademarks

Figzio is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored, authorised or endorsed by the LEGO Group, BrickLink, Brick Owl, Rebrickable or Brickset. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. Other product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. If the changes are significant, we will also let you know in the app. If you keep using Figzio after a change, you accept the updated terms.
